Lithium conversion.

Swap a tired lead-acid pack for lithium — more range, less weight, faster charging, and years of maintenance-free power.

What we see

What usually prompts a lithium conversion

Shrinking range

Lead-acid batteries lose usable capacity as they age — a cart that used to run all day starts needing a mid-afternoon charge.

Longer and longer charge times

Aging lead-acid cells take longer to charge and hold less of that charge, which compounds the range problem over a battery’s life.

Added weight & watering upkeep

Lead-acid packs are heavy and need regular water top-offs and terminal cleaning — maintenance most owners would rather skip entirely.

Swollen or leaking cells

A pack nearing end of life can swell or leak, which is both a performance problem and a safety one — a clear sign it’s time to consider a replacement chemistry, not just replacement cells.

How we handle it

Our approach.

We remove the old lead-acid pack, install a correctly sized lithium pack with a proper battery management system (BMS), and verify your charger is compatible — upgrading it if it isn't. Every conversion is matched to your cart's motor and controller specs, not a one-size-fits-all swap.

Turnaround

A straightforward conversion typically takes about 1 business day when the pack is in stock. If your charger also needs upgrading, plan on an extra day.

Pickup

Pickup isn't something we currently offer — bring your cart to either showroom, or call us to talk through options if yours isn't drivable.

This service is offered at both our Largo and Sarasota showrooms — not just one location.
